Super helpful wait staff and front of house crew
Being from the Houston area, Italian beef sandwiches just aren't common. So I was in town in Chicago and Buona was recommended to me for Italian beef. I was blown away. I had it with hot peppers and "baptized" (all dunked in au jus gravy) . One of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I had one a few years ago and it was ok but nothing special. The one at Buona- light years better. Im glad that I gave the Italian beef another try.
Never a disappointment with food or service. Orders are always correct. Staff is always pleasant.
