My family loves Buona for beef…
I purchased at Italian beef and sausage combo the beef was shredded like it was at the bottom of the pot and the sausage was burnt. That's almost $20 for a sandwich that was in edible
Last few visits this location is terrible at getting your order correct. You shouldn't have to take all the food out the bag open it up and check it yourself but looks like that's what's gonna have to happen if I ever go back in here. Check your order and make sure it's correct is all I have to say.
I am a regular here at this location and tonight I received horrible service. I spent $41 only to get home and my food was not what I ordered. The manager has horrible customer service and needs to take a class on how to provide customer service. They have too many young people working there who either can’t understand English and that’s the reason why orders are taken incorrectly and customers are given the wrong food.
