I just got back from Buona’s in Lake Geneva and the experience there was wonderful. They have a wonderful manager in Melesio. He was so kind, so helpful, and just a really nice man. Thank you, Buona, for having someone like Melesio help your customers. He is a gem!

I placed an online order for a hamburger and I received a chicken sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they could refund my money but there's no way to talk to a person. They want you to email instead. Very disappointing a waste of money.
This was my first time dining at Buona and it was delicious.
