Great experience. I pulled up To the drive thru and was pleasantly greeted by the worker. I pulled up to the second window and was then handed my bag by the drive thru worker who told me to have a great day and a wonderful weekend. It was a pleasant interaction from the moment I was greeted up until I grabbed my food at the end. The food was great as well.
Buona is a time honored classic for real Chicagoans. You will find no better Italian Beef sandwiches anywhere in the world.
Order is always right and have never had any complaints for all of the years we've been going.
We love it the food is so tasty!!!
