This was my first visit to this location. I was impressed with the hospitality. Clerks Citlali, Jaz, and Amal ensured all patrons received expedited service and the table assistance was on point! I will return as I like fast food restaurants to provide fast food service. I ordered 2 entrées that were flavorful and portion appropriate. Prices are excellent as business, marketing and management show that they are for the family community.
I used to come here whenever I could. I would drive through and only order fries whenever we were close or passing the restaurant. We were platinum members. Then they changed the fries. I told them I hated the fries please put them back. We now come once or twice a month. If people say they live your fries, why would you change them?????
Order Italian beef and a pizza, ask for well done on the pizza and it came like a regular pizza. Ask them to reheat it and cook it well done. Kind of disappointed that the beef got cold while waiting for the pizza. The the food was delicious once we started eating. A little cold beef did not bother me.
