I occasionally use the Buona app to order carryout for lunch from the Itasca Buona Beef location, and I am consistently impressed. My orders are ready on time, and the food is excellent. The fries are a standout—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and absolutely addictive when paired with their rich, creamy cheese sauce (aka liquid gold). A must-try combo! Very nice employees. Didn’t have any issues ordering sausage on a gluten free pita and tasted delicious
They need to fix the drive through communication system. They could not understand anything I was saying, asked me to pull up to the window so they could hear, and nobody came... so I just left. Very frustrated.
I love the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The best I ever had.
