Rodrigo was an employee I saw prepare my food and I have to say, one of the best things I've had as far as food.
LOOOOVE Buona. But -- the app? Points expiring? Really? Get up to however many points "saving up" over a year and then BOOM, they're gone? Nah, let's not do Buona anymore.
Unfortunately I have to update my review. I initially had a positive experience here but as we all consistency is the key to success. This place has absolutely awful service!! What happened to all the good workers…… I just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order that I ordered in advance. It was ready when I got there and there were 3 cars in front of me.
