Delicious tacos and Mexican food, right in the heart of Edwards, Colorado!
Had the bacon breakfast burrito and quesabirria tacos at the Minturn farmers market and they were AMAZING!! Seriously so good. Food came out super fresh and quickly. Will be back!
A local food treasure in Edwards, Buon Taco is a weekly occurrence for our family. Amazing tacos, burritos and PASTA. Check out taco Tuesday and their amazing Al pastor tacos. That cilantro green salsa though! See you at the truck! 🥪
Everything here is incredible - favorite Al pastor I’ve ever had, Alfredo beats out most Italian restaurants in the valley, would buy the green sauce by the bottle if I could. The owner is so sweet and great service.
