We used to love this place while staying in Cape Coral. Today we had a horrible experience with a pick up order through Uber Eats. The bartender was one of the most rude people I have ever met. Not only were we dismissed and barely acknowledged when we walked in but she was equally as rude to the waiters and arguing with them in front of customers. The The worst you order your food and they don’t tell me that they where out of Red sauce for my meal after the rest of our party had there food plus the food was over priced for what you get the owner came out but never said anything
We had the most wonderful evening celebrating Grampzer’s birthday and a special visit from Aunt Karen at Buon Appetito! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. Our waitress was attentive to detail and did an excellent job balancing our table. Took 1 1/2 hours to get food took 20 min to get a bottle of beer and glass of wine. Had to ask for water refills. Lasagna was mediocre at best it must have sat under the heat lamps for a while came out luke warm had to use a knife to cut the cheese. This was a one and done for me.
