Just tell them that it is an OSHA violation to not let you use the restroom because it really is. Especially if you're picking up a product from them or delivering a product for them. Or better yet, withhold the product or refuse the load until you are able to leave and go to the restroom. There is a very tiny Truck Stop nearby. I'm not sure if it's still open though.
