I actually believe receptionist are rude. They will ask for a new appointment for getting medical certificate of previous appointment? How fair is that?Medical certificate which needed to be submitted to private health insurance should be provided by GP in their 1st visit. Its not a medical check up for which we have to book a new appointment. Thiefs. They are basically making money as people do not have option in regional areas. Business model.
