Check in and out was easy, the house we booked needed a lot of tlc with no ceiling fans for hot days and the view I think was taken many years ago before the trees grew Birdlife coming on to patio in late Arvo was great ## Don't be in a hurry to get your holding deposit back as took 16 days from checkout to receive mine, office staff said it's their bank that's slow although they took it out of my account in 1 day Meals at hotel were quite expensive with a surcharge of 15% for Sundays with cafe prices being reasonable
This our fourth year staying in a couple of great houses. Gone are the wallabies and the parrots are few compared to our first visit in 2022. This year all of the most accessible trails near the main carpark are closed until the end of 2025, due to upgrades. This is unfortunate and well hidden online, you only discover this when you are here.
Absolutely serene. Was able to feed birds and enjoy the use of their games room which included a pool table and ping pong, although a couple notes is that there was no chalk for the pool cues and the ping pong net was very broken, otherwise still enjoyed. The use of the tennis courts was also great. Experienced a short group horse-drawn carriage ride with facts about the area, which I thought was quite interesting.
