I am from Toronto and stayed in PEI last week, this little shop was a daily stop during my stay, I was pleasantly surprised when I popped in without any intention of buying anything and saw they have quite few diabetic friendly options. I was able to get diabetic friendly raisin bread, banana/chocolate chip cookies, apple crisp and carrot loaf, I regret not getting the apple pie but I had limited room in the car on the way back to Toronto. We stopped by with the trailer in tow, had a hard time finding parking!!! The selection is marvelous and everything we tried was great.
