All the staff are so kind and the place is always clean. After over 10 years of going to nail salons Bunny Nails is hands down the best! I never have any issues with nails breaking or lifting because they take the time to care for your nails. They go above and beyond to accommodate my designs/ requests. I appreciate how they always offer a phone stand or water to make sure I’m comfortable. Thank you for your effort, I will always come back!! ❤️
Worst experience ever. I made an appointment at 5 pm for 2 people, they didn't start attending us till maybe 5:30 then proceed to wait another 30 minutes to get my nails prepped and cuticles cut once they applied tips they left again for more then 30 minutes, it was the worst nail salon experience I have ever gone thru. I asked them to cut nails tips off and would pay for whatever "service" i got and left because at that point i had been there for almost 3 hours without my nails done.
