This is our second time commissioning Xi to do our photo session. We had her for newborn session at home, which went very smoothly and I still giggle looking at those photos after many years. This time we visited her studio, which was very nicely decorated for multiple different backgrounds. What impressed me most was her professionalism, energy and patience making the photo session fun for my 4 & 6 years olds. So many beautiful candid photos were taking when she made them laugh so hard! We had such a lovely experience at Bunny Bear Studio! We went there for my son’s birthday photos, and everything was just perfect from the moment we walked in. Mrs. Xi was so kind and patient, and she guided us through everything in such a friendly way, which made us feel really comfortable. The whole place has a warm and welcoming vibe, and you can really see the care they put into their work. Xi was not only professional, she was very understanding and helpful. She took the time to change things in the pictures and delivered what we wanted.
We booked with Xi after our original photographer had an emergency, and she responded promptly the same day. Despite being contacted just that morning, Xi arrived fully prepared with all her equipment and handled everything with professionalism and grace. Our large family - ranging from young children (ages 0–8) to a senior parent - was thoroughly impressed by her calm demeanor and ability to work so well with everyone. The photos turned out beautifully and are something we’ll treasure for years to come. Thank you, Xi!
We had a very good experience with Xi who was very patient and great with little kids! She also had a great selection of outfit and hair accessories for me to choose from when I did my prenatal photoshoot. Very quick turnaround time, and I love her pictures! Highly recommend.
