This staff member was genuinely horrible. Not willing to help myself and then proceeded to state she didn’t understand English well enough to help me, and was not willing to get or help me find another staff member to help.

It is always good to have a hardware close by, however when the store struggles to supply just the basics it is very disappointing. Landed up going to the larger store in Melville and finding curtain rail accessories was no problem. Staff were very helpful as well.
