It seems there is a big difference in terms of the size of the branch and the service, let me explain, maddington store service NOT GREAT! Here at High Rd never had any real issues and the team members are mostly engaging and you think you walked into a Japanese shop where they greet you . I myself have always love to lift the spirit of any staff member at any shop and make everyone have a great day. Worst Bunnings I've been to. Visited at 8:30pm looking for mulch and was surprised by how unhelpful the staff were. Despite there being over ten employees and virtually no customers at this time. No one was willing to assist when I asked for help locating the product. After some persistence, one staff member pointed it out sarcastically. The mulch was tucked away in an a poorly lit corner outside (I have poor eyesight and could not locate it myself). A little courtesy goes a long way.
Limited range due to the store size. Has most items required.
