Purchased a 3 set of house camera, picked them up and tried connecting them. Turns out they are linked to someone else's account. Went to bunnings to do a swap over for one thats not connected to someone's account and the lady took the one I purchased off me and tried to make me pay for another one. Wow Bunnings trade section with no staff . I order in store timber to build two 2.4 Mtr work benches but as I couldn’t pick the timber up on that day as I had a friend with a trailer come to pick it all up 2 days later therefore I had to order it at the counter for click and collect . I picked the exact IC numbers for the timber from the actual stock and confirmed everything via the store computer photos . It was an outstanding customer service experience, even though it was nearly closing time. Josh was incredibly helpful and took the time to find the best paint option for us. Emily was very patient while going through all our receipts, as our return involved items from multiple purchases.
