Good service at special order desk. Had a problem with wrong part sent from Auckland. Neve helped me sort it. She is good at her job. Give her a pay rise great person to have on staff
Unfortunately this business has declined rapidly in the last few months with staff experience based on cost of wages - you go to the toolstore and your greeted by a kid who looks like he's 17 ( clearly not spent 12 years in the building industry) - you go to electrical department asking about junction boxes versus conduit and the 22 year old girl says" I'll get someone over 30 who might know" The kid who works in the dispatch drive through has no experience whatsoever in the industry but he always asks questions and is eager... read more
