Great product range but staff interactions are a mixed bag of good and not so great customer service
Very disappointing. I when there on Sunday. Staff Were very lazy didn't want two help.I left the store feeling I wasn't want there.

A BIG shout out to Scottie and Silvana for their assistance and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to fix my garden hose reel this morning on 8 September. I am extremely grateful for all their help! Thanks again Scottie and Silvana. Bunnings Villawood has a lot of parking. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Many brands and choices to choose from to satisfy the most discerning customer. Bunnings opens very early in the morning at 6 am and closes at 9 pm weekdays which is fantastic.
