Staff can be a bit abrasive
We all know the joke about staff hiding from customers when seeking assistance. There are done good staff but I have to say the joke rings true more often than it should. But the biggest issue by far is not the staff. It is their useless stock control on their website/app. I stopped counting the times the site says they have stock (not even low stock) and you head down to buy and they have none.
