Went to ask for help in the bathroom department today. Got told I should have done my research before coming. I said, I thought that's what you were here for, because that's what you're ad says. He said he had 20 odd aisles to remember and it wasn't his job to give us help. So I asked AI and got my answer. Extremely unhelpful person which will eventually be phased out with AI if he continues his lack of customer service. The only nice people were the woman greeting us and the lady at the register counter.

I visited this store recently and cannot belive that the toilet paper is of such very poor quality that even a staff member agreed that it was probably 1/2 ply. I have never found worse in my life. Shiny, thin, not perforated and just cheap, cheap, cheap. Bunnings, lift your game, if not for your customers then do it for your suffering team members.
