I’d like to extend a big thank you to Steve Spraggon (Bunnings Trade Centre Kunda Park) for his excellent customer service. He took the time to listen carefully, understood my concerns, and resolved the issue smoothly and professionally—exactly how customer service should be. My experience here was not wonderful. Staff were busy chatting. I clearly needed assistance and looked around for someone, being ignored until I interrupted somebody. Out of stock on gyprock sheets and so elsewhere we went. Im a bunnings fan but can't give a good rating based on this experience.
