I went to buy an egg chair and couldn't get it to my car. It was a very heavy item and Bailey from customer service took it to my car and did it with a smile the whole time. Thank you so much Bailey for your hard work.

This can lead too a very long wait to check out if the person ahead of you is trying to return items but has an extremely limited grasp of English.
