I had a very disappointing experience at this Bunnings store. I bought three ladders here in February, and within a few months the top parts of all of them broke, making them unsafe to use. When I went back to the store with my receipt, I was assisted by a female staff member in a pink vest. Unfortunately, her attitude was very unfriendly and she refused to process a warranty claim, saying it was not covered because the ladders were dirty.
