One team member serving 10 customers no one on the floor no one at paint dest waiting for ages Its like a ghost town no one around Terrible customer service that's what happens when you have the monopoly

In my line of work i visit Bunnings almost every day. I am a trades person so bunnings has become a place to shop for what ever the job requires. Bunnings Tarniet would have to be the worse bunnings I have ever been too . I needed help with a product and there were no staff around to help you . I was looking in every lane to find held but no one around which is very poor for Bunnings . If you’re thinking of a quick shop at Bunnings Tarneit, don’t. Be mindful that you’ll be waiting in the checkout lines almost always. This place is understaffed and the self checkout is never open so you are waiting in the checkout line for at least 10-20min. And if you are returning/replacing an item, there is only one person that can serve you at the information desk and again you are waiting roughly 15-20min to be served. Lastly the staff is almost seems to be unmotivated or unhelpful at times. I always walk out of here... read more
