Bunnings door man opening the doors of your car to go through it is beyond crazy…
Paid for a gas bottle refill and told someone would meet me in a minute. 10 minutes later told they were still waiting for someone. 20 minutes later I was over it, so had them refund it. Every other Bunnings is less than 2 minutes.
The Bunnings app seem to be out of date for this store, bad network service also makes using the app to locate products difficult while walking around in the store.
I had a really positive experience at Bunnings Tarneit yesterday. The help I received from Jodie was excellent. She was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. Instead of rushing the conversation like other Bunnings workers do in different stores, she took the time to understand what I was after and guided me to the right products with confidence.
