At 6pm today, I waited in the Tools Shop for 15 minutes for customer service for promised assistance, arrived but attended someone else and left. I followed it up and the lady at the register asked someone again and after another 15 minutes of waiting, assistance did not arrive. So I just paid whatever I had because my wife was waiting for me as well in the car.
