Bunnings Stafford is easily the worst Bunnings store in Brisbane. I had a very poor experience with Bunnings Stafford, particularly with their delivery service. After ordering large items and requesting delivery, I wasn’t contacted to arrange a delivery date. I had to call the store five times, and it took three days to receive a clear answer.
Just dropped in to get liquid chlorine. No 15ltrs on the shelf. Thought i was going elsewhere. A lovely staff member, Izzy or Isabel, went out of her way to get some from out the back. Awesome. Excellent customer service and with a smile as well. Thank you
