I was accosted by two security guards when I left the store, who were in plain clothes and apparently following me to my car. When I got to my car they walked up to me and immediately accused me of stealing packets of screws. I was incredulous, and when I opened my car door to set my box down one of them said to the other “have you got him!?” as if they were going to restrain me or something. We would like to pay tribute to Charmaine who was so helpful , today . I purchased two storage containers but I could only see one lid . Charmaine went to a lot of trouble to provide “ old - fashioned customer service”. But , more than that she exhibited real character and abundant charm .
