A huge shout out to Emmanuel from Bunnings Stafford. Emmanuel helped me out a few weeks ago while working in the power tools department. His advice was thorough and he offered multiple options. He also assisted me to find a random item from another department. We are grateful for his insights as the staff member in that department today dismissed our enquiries and sent us away to the incorrect department (gardening tools) where another staff member was equally dismissive.
