Have called multiple times regarding turf- turned up multiple times. Was told it comes in only Tuesday, then Wednesday/Friday today I was told only Fridays and I was told I have to call after the turf is delivered but that is anytime between 8am and 4pm and if it’s not delivered I have to just keep calling back? Then there was an issue with them hearing me and was hung up on straight away after having to wait ages on hold to begin with. So disappointed- no customer service and no staff training
Met a young chap by the name of Sam in Tools. Very likeable and chatty man and knew his way around the area saving me a lot of time, very thankful. I even had a knot in my shoulder which Sam was kind enough to message it out for me using some deck oil. Overall great experience
