Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Bunnings Springvale. I’ve always known Bunnings for friendly and helpful customer service, but this visit was the complete opposite. I picked up a large item and put it in my trolley, not realising the barcode was missing. At the checkout, the cashier - an African-looking lady - didn’t even attempt to look the item up in the system. Way too many tools to choose,
I always find a great variety of products here at very fair prices. On my last visit, I went in planning to buy a separate cutter and driver, but a staff member suggested I get the Thai toolkit instead. I was hesitant at first, thinking it was just a sales tactic, but I am so glad I listened. When I got home, the toolkit made my work incredibly easy. I ended up buying chairs and several other items with that same staff member's help—he was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for the service alone... read more
