Another unpleasant experience this morning at the nursery checkout. I was told by an unfriendly individual I had to get an app for my rewards cards. I informed this person that my method suited me just find but was told again that I had to get the app. Bunnings, please would you train your staff members that how clients choose to store their rewards cards is entirely their choice.
