Discrimination or just poor customer service? Went to Bunnings Springfield Central where a man at "returns counter" quite rudely refused to serve me but then went ahead to process purchase of a lady behind me. While I have no issues giving priority to Sr citizens, he could've handled this in a more politely and informed me of his intentions as I could not see who was behind me. Tom has been BEYOND helpful. He has spent about 30 minutes running me through the benefits of each camera. Could not be happier. He called in Veronica to help towards the end (more experienced), and she was super lovely and helpful too :) I was buying for personal stuff this time, but this is why my company prefers to shop here too.
Worst Bunnings I’ve ever been to . Have tried multiple times as this store is closest to me . But I’m reminded Everytime why I choose to drive into Brownsplains . Staff are rude and have no idea about the products they sell . Store is a bloody mess and things are consistently in wrong spots and mis priced .
