Love going into Bunnings Smithfield! The staff are so lovely. Jharna is especially sweet xo Store is tidy and clean. Always a great experience A+++ xo
The gardening staff are incredibly unhelpful and unknowledgable. I was struggling to find something and asked several times where it could be. There was no offer to assist me and there were 4 staff standing at the entrance doing nothing.
I think the morale is low with the staff. No smiles or g'days any more. Not many know much about anything... or care
