Had such a pleasant experience with Alison (purple hair 💜). She was so kind in helping me locate play sand while I had my two young daughters with me. She estimated it would take 15 minutes and was spot on. Without me even noticing, as I was in the play area, she stacked 4 bags of sand onto my trolley for me. As a busy mum, that kind of communication and thoughtfulness — along with the physical effort of loading my trolley — means the world to me.
