Went on Monday 22 April to buy some draw nobs waste of time said they had some 1 in the box no one could find any more
Lack of knowledgeable team members, poor customer service. The manager is rude & arrogant, lacks basic people skills. Overall poor performance from bunnings singleton, its a shame cause before this manager came it was a good store
It’s my local and I spend more time there than home. The service provided by Julie on my Sunday morning was brilliant. Nice greeting, asked how the weather was really engaged. That’s what you call customer service.
The staff are very polite and welcoming. They are happy to assist in any way. The store has a large range and appears well stocked. The store is clean and neat. I make regular trips out to Singleton Bunnings.
Trade staff are the rudest we have ever come across .
