Good people to help what you need to buy. Also suggest what can help. They upgraded the parking space and now it more spacious
We went to the Scoresby Bunnings at lunch time today 16/9, and had a very bad experience with the gentleman who served us. He had absolutely NO personality and had absolutely No customer service. I saw he had so many pins on his shirt, which obviously were for his long-standing work there, but seriously he was horrible and we were made to feel so bad just asking him questions about paint. For a store that big, always lacking range. Spewing Masters isn’t still open across the road. Wasted an hour of time, costs me money, costs my business money.
Customer service for plumbing & electricity works on week ends very thin. Staff on weekends are not skilled to give best advice. Even on working days there will be long wait for skilled staff support, even if there are 1 or 2, they are very rude with customers
