Bunnings use to be my favourite store that was when they cared about their customers experience. What happened bunnings? I have been to the Rothwell store 5 over the last month and you get a big thump down from me.
I go here a fair bit to get certain items and it is the luck of the draw. Sometimes you get staff that are willing and able to help and sometimes you get staff that are either too busy or don't want to help so I just sort it out myself.
