Absolutely appalling customer service. All I could hear is “if you can’t find it then we don’t have it”! Blonde lady at the entrance has a disgusting attitude towards the customer and her job. (If you hate your job madam, then leave because you aren’t doing Bunnings or the customer any favour). I very rarely go to Bunnings but unfortunately they have a monopoly on the market.
I had an interesting experience at the cafe. I ordered a small double shot skinny latte, yesterday it was $4.40 . Today I ordered one and it was $5.70 when I asked about the difference in price the young lady replied that I ordered an extra shot (I must not have been changed for that yesterday) and extra for alternative milk. When I questioned her she said skinny is alternative milk. I replied that alternative milk is soy, oat, lactose free and almond. Skinny is real milk. Maybe a little education might help.
Left my wallet in a basket and got it back the next day, bloody bonus
