5 Stars given for exceptions service, not only to me as the customer but to the gentlemen he was also training. Braydon was respectful, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond, when he didn't know the answer to my question, he went out of his way to find out! It was nice to see him so kind to his cooworker as well as us as customers. Keep up the great work!
Great staff and management
Pretty uncomfortable experience today with an older blonde lady working at the registers. Normally, the Rosebud store has very friendly and helpful staff, but this staff member was immediately very standoffish, cold and short with me. I was friendly and polite to her, yet the moment she saw me, she instantly started frowning and was quite blunt, which felt particularly jarring as she had been all smiles and very friendly with the customer directly before me.
