Visited today to return a Ryobi lawnmower under warranty. Process was seemless, assisted by Danae intially who was friendly and efficient. Jack authorised the transaction and was all done and dusted in 10 minutes. Walked out with a new lawnmower, thanks Danae and Jack!

So helpful, although you can tell that land is expensive here as there's 2 lifts , underground car park and 3 levels ,as far as finding stuff it's nothing like a generic Bunnings but when you find the right staff they're fantastic.🤸
