Terrible, waited multiple times over 30mins until they decided to stop answering calls because it was too close to close. Also the website needs work

Absolutely useless when it comes to getting orders out on time and making sure everything is in the order. On top of that, one of the blinds my partner ordered is covered in mould and mildew.
