Left on hold trying to place an order. Gave up after 10 mins
Poor service and bad attitude from staff tried to get a replacement power card sent from desk to desk to be told they don't do them there and to busy to help me basically told me to go away rang the manager same attitude as stall monkey see monkey do
They don’t answer the phone, and when I send a staff member in for assistance, they can’t be bothered to actually help. Instead of taking them to the correct item, they just point to the aisle and walk away. This often means my team ends up with the wrong product, and I have to send them back again. All of this could be avoided if the staff genuinely cared about their job and provided proper service.
