Mariz is a champ. I had my front door key cut 2 weeks ago but it didn't work. Today I had Mariz who served me with an eye for details and pointed out straight away why the key that was cut previously didn't work. She recut my key and when I got home, the key turns the lock with ease, I am a happy customer. Thanks Mariz for your professional service.
Service is terrible, myself and 6 other customers waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the paint section .. the reason? he was on a break ! Staff absolutely deserve breaks .. but customers also deserve more than one person in the entire store to be able to mix paint.
