Large store with helpful trade staff.
This store opened with great promise. Staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and items were well stocked and easy to locate. Sadly, that is no longer the case. "Product unavailable" is quite common with advertised plants - even common native plants - and well trained and helpful staff stand out as a rarity. Sorry, Bunnings, but if you want to squeeze out other competitors, you need to perform better. Stock your shelves with more variety and hire people who understand customer service.
