The worst costumer service ever. I’ve been trying to call the store over 5 times and no one picks up the phone. Very disappointing
I spent well over $1000 on a ramp. Oct 4. Click and collect from Randwick. I chased up status of delivery via email, was given a case no. Heard nothing. I called Randwick Bunnings to ascertain status. I have been waiting online for well over 8mins listening to their phone message. Nothing. Bunnings spends a fortune on marketing.
