I called Bunnings Pymble and was hung up on 4 times before I got to even open my mouth. I needed to talk to them as I left an item at the counter. Hanging up on customers before closing time is a terrible reflection on the staff at Bunnings Pymble. Absolutely dreadful!
No one ever picks up the call and delivery delayed for a week with no updates
NURSERY SECTION The mature lady who works in the nursery on week days is absolutely hopeless. She stands around chatting socially while customers are lined up waiting for help - in her line of sight.
