The Lady at the Checkout was so Rude. Had No Customer Service and was on her Phone while I was Payng. Her name was Thalat.
Great experience on the main shop floor — the staff upstairs were helpful, attentive, and clearly knew their products. Unfortunately, the timberyard downstairs was the complete opposite. My simple request for assistance was bounced between multiple employees, leaving me waiting far longer than reasonable. When someone finally came to help me with my timber cutting request, I was told they were unwilling to make more than one cut, despite the upstairs team confirming the timberyard could cut the timber as required. Sometimes the staff are helpful, sometimes they are not. But please, young female staff, don't talk over, ridicule, dismiss or gaslight other women - it is unbecoming and gross. Two situations: 1. needed to get a gas canister from the top shelf. Was dismissively told, "I'll get someone to help you". The staff member then spent 10 minutes ignoring me, chatting with her male co-worker, while I stood there waiting.
