Pity the customer service isn't any good...always need to search for someone to help you..otherwise pretty good
All home need items are available at reasonable cost
Much bigger than the closest Bunnings to me in Fairfield and always better stocked, particularly in the garden supplies. Worth the extra time to get there. A bit of a weird multilevel layout, whatever you do - don't try and push the trolleys down the escalator, they stick like glue and you'll just end up banging your ankle into the trolley
Needed a small piece of conduit. Looked it up on the website that said it was in aisle 5. Trekked to the far end of the store & aisles stopped at 6! Asked an employee that said, aisles 1-5 are ‘downstairs’. Went downstairs to discover that there were tradie materials in a room in the middle of the car park! A few small pieces of conduit but not a full range, so gave up. Would have rated it higher as the store was neat & clean & stocked most other products.
my first experience of having a multi level bunnings and it was quite weird.
