Good luck getting through on their phones. Have been trying since 8am this morning. Bunnings is difficult & awkward for me to get to and I need something ordered in and/ or put aside. I don't want to be making the difficult trip there just to ask in person to order & put what I need aside for me. I'd rather go in one trip. I'm a little put off shopping here in the future. For reference, I've just hung up the phone after 30 mins on hold.
