I visited Pimpama nursery the other day to help choose some plants for my front yard, as I don't know much about gardening. This lovely girl, Emma, helped me heaps. For such a young age, she was very knowledgeable and could almost tell you everything about all the plants there, plus how to take care of them. Thank you, Emma!
very poor service. staff don't seem to be trained to their systems. seemed to be ignored at the service desk, standing there without any other customers and 3 staff members behind the desk. once served there seemed to be an issue but instead of communicating the staff member simply walks away to talk to other staff members. Customer service issues have been on goong in the past. With this bunnings being my local id love to see the staffing and customer service issues fixed and staff trained correctly in the near future.
