We received excellent service from Min at the Trade counter this morning, she went out of her way to locate and deliver the items we were looking for at the same time herself and other staff were attending to an injured customer . Happy, calm and helpful, a pleasure to deal with!
The paint counter staff are great, lots of parking, great experience and possibly air-conditioned,. A good experience.

My mother and I visited Pimpama Bunnings Store today and it was really busy. However, once we asked for help.. two staff members in particular were beyond amazing! A big thank you to Sam and Kelahni. We were after information regarding polycarbonate roof sheets for our pergola. Both Sam and Kelahni went out of there way to answer all our questions and we did not feel rushed and both were super friendly. It made our experience very positive - so thank you very much!
