Just went to get a key cut no signs or anything that they have moved the lady at the desk on the left of entrance was grumpy talking to a customer like she's dump so unprofessionally maybe don't work there if you don't know how to talk to people said they key moved after I had been standing there for 20 minutes walked to the back and there not key cutting today useless will never come to this Bunnings again! if I had the lady's name that worked I'd say because she needs a new job or something we all have bad days hun

I have ordered multiple items from this Bunnings - mixed wrong colour paint and the. Told me I was wrong - click and collect averages 15-20mins (easier to shop than use this service) - special orders not delivered and when contract to find status just get told to wait. - had to go to oxenford to get 3m poles as this store only has 2.4m poles - tried to use kaboodle cupboard ordering only to be messed around multiple times when staff redid design incorrectly so eventually went to AUSSIE CUTS. So theyre at it again! They moved the equipment hire to the Trade Desk and right at the back, so you have to wheelie around all your equipment to the rear of the desk into a narrow aisle, IQ at its best. Staff shrug and jist say they work here. So who's managing this disaster?

I ordered same day delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t get it for 2 days. Because Australia post didn’t scan my items so I couldn’t see it was picked up and on its way. But the staff put me on to Andrew who compensated me for what had happened with Australia post. Mickella was also really helpful and went out of her way to help me. Both really lovely to me, especially Andrew who has been friendly and efficient from the start.
