Self-checkout kiosks are constantly closed! This is extremely inconvenient—huge queues form because of it, and you’re stuck waiting 15-20 minutes during peak hours. The store is packed, everyone’s in a rush, but you can’t serve yourself. Can someone explain why? Not enough staff? Company policy? Please turn on the self-checkouts at least during busy times so you don’t lose customers.
Great Bunnings store. Well organised, clean, and easy to find everything. Staff are helpful and actually take the time to assist instead of rushing you off. Good stock levels and smooth checkout. Always a reliable place for tools, materials, and advice.
I’ve been a loyal Bunnings shopper for many years, and my visit to Bunnings Pimpama today was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Today I had a very pleasent Bunnings Experience. The lady on the door was extremly helpul, knew exactly which aisles I needed to get the things I wanted and I should have got her name. However when it was time to checkout and pay, that was when I observed superior customer service. The girl, Saher, who was managing the returns desk was exceptional.
