Went to get a cordless screwdriver but was told I had to pay for it before leaving the tool section even though I had other things to get in the store, this pretty much accuses you of going shoplifting as they don't trust you, Humpty Doo hardware got my $200 instead.
So many items out of stock, including items that are listed as in stock on the website are missing from the shelves. Even bought on click and collect, online says that it is in and been picked and ready for collection only to get a call saying it is actually out of stock.
