Currently stood waiting for 15 mins for a flat bed trolley. Have asked 4 seperate staff for assistance and still they cannot seem to provide one. It’s not busy, there’s plenty of staff, they’re just not interested in providing customer service.
A great place to bring your puppers for an outing. Only assistance dogs allowed in cafe.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was on hold with Acacia Ridge for 35mins and got no answer. I called Oxley and they answered within 20 seconds and were able to help me in just a few minutes. Thank you to the manager at Oxley who was able to help me tonight!
Since the new Oxley store has opened and Rocklea store closed the additional traffic has clogged the roundabout on Oxley Road and visiting and existing the area is a nightmare.
