I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences at Bunnings, and it’s gotten to the point where I avoid asking staff for help altogether. Every time I politely ask where to find an item, I’m met with a rude or dismissive response. It actually gives me anxiety just approaching staff now, which shouldn’t be the case in a customer service environment.
