Just another bunnings , hard to find staff member when you need one
1 star. Attempted to hire a Rug Doctor from Bunnings O’Connor THREE TIMES and they messed it up every single time. First two times, the machines were either broken or hadn’t been returned — and no one bothered to contact me to tell me my booking couldn’t go ahead. Third time, they sent me to Melville… only for them to have the same problem. Three attempts, multiple wasted trips, and still no Rug Doctor. Absolutely useless.

Piyumi was very helpful and got things sorted very quickly and efficiently, my experience here was great thanks to her wonderful service.
