Very helpful young man at the door entrance
Melanie and her team are to be commended for their dedication to their customers. It was NYE and during the day I purchased some stain so I could rejuvenate my staircase. At 6:45, 15 minutes before closing I went to use it and it became apparent that I purchased the incorrect one. I called and spoke to Melanie who went above and beyond by staying back until I could get there to switch it for the correct one.
