Still great
Bunnings Oakleigh has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Bunnings store. The attitude of some staff is extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful, and I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and made me feel completely unwelcome. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store and going to other hardware Stores instead.
Worst Bunnings I've been to, and I go there daily. They got the order number, amount and payment wrong. Corrected them at least 4 times about the quantity ordered being "2" instead of "1". Had the items later returned, never received my money back, it's been days...
Amerigo in paint department at Oakleigh was most helpful and went out of his way to sort out everything for me A very friendly and helpful guy
