I called into nunawading bunnings kitchen area and Ash took my call. I had a enquiry about my laundry and she went over and above to help me with my query thank you so much Ash
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!. I hate to be a Karen but I have to this time. Firstly I saw a dog take a dump on the floor in the pets section while I saw a young worker walk past and not clean it up. Besides the terrible customer service and awful management of staff, being in this Bunnings is unbearable. I was waiting around for 15 minutes for someone to help me only for some old guy to be rude and not guide me to the right section. Checkout assistant handled a que confrontation very well today. A tradie had dumped 2 full baskets on the floor unattended at checkout presenting a trip hazard and a manual handling issue for Bunnings checkout staff. Customer was subjected to a verbal confrontation when the tradie returned to the que.
Could pay a bit more attention on customer service at front desk.
