Helpfully staff when you can find them, stock levels seem to be the major issues with some of the smaller stores. But they are very helpful in transfer between branches when they can .. well done morwell
Longest wait for a coffee from someone who clearly didn’t like her job. Know it’s not a coffee shop but why sell if you don’t care
Young staff member at least half my age at the front told me the wrong place to go for things & when I mention this on the way out she argued the point with me instead of apologising. When I was her age working in McEwan's I would have been sacked for speaking back to a customer like that. And the automatic checkouts were closed for some reason meaning a longer wait at the only check out with a person, this was at 5pm, a relatively busy time.
