To hard for staff
Pretty good stock and very fair with their returns policy. Unfortunately the staff help is nowhere near as good as it was in the early days. Probably because many are too young to know, or have any life experience.
This store is a bit hit & miss, some of the specialized area staff eg paint really know their stuff. But most of the time the young staff that always seem to be on night shift have little clue about anything. Ok its after hours so can't expect the same level of service i guess but at least give them some training in customer service or why bother.
