Worst experience ever. I bought a karcher floor cleaner ten months ago. It doesn’t work anymore so I brought it back to get refunded. The girls from the counter are friendly. Then there is a guy who is unbelievable. He says they won’t give the money back if we don’t contact Karcher. It’s my responsibility to contact Karcher and get it fixed.
