I had an issue with a purchase I needed help with resolving. Jodie who I met over the phone was so helpful and quick to resolve my issue. Having tradespeople at my house already working on the project, this really meant a lot. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was dealt with on the spot, managing between different people and even locations. I can’t thank Jodie enough for her help!
Worst customer service and they are not at all ready to help. This is ridiculous and they don't have any idea on automotive basic stuff. Need training fot staff i came to store today 02/02 around 8pm and they want to run home fast
A few days ago, we popped in Bunnings Northmead to buy a bathroom shower head but we couldn't find it anywhere. We asked one of the staffs, Faroukh, and he was absolutely lovely. He took time to look around and eventually tracked it down for us. He spend over 10 minutes helping us out. This exactly the kind of great customer service we expect from Bunnings.
