Kim at entrance was so efficient It’s nice to see the staff work as a team Everyone was extremely helpful
I returned the unused items, but the staff at the reception desk refused to process the refund to my digital wallet, saying the original purchase was made with the physical card, even though the same card number is shown in my digital wallet. Instead, I was told to accept a store voucher or come back with the physical card. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Very well stocked store with plenty of helpful staff
Sometimes I wonder whether the store is good only for tradies or for everyone because it is not easy to select anything by a common person. Too many options and no clear card to explain things for the products. Also most of the times there is no one there to explain or support. Their website is early 2000 type. I went there to buy something but ended up ordering from Amazon from there. But I am sure tradies are happy with the store, hopefully
