Just go to sauers!!! This is my local Bunnings so I have been avoiding posting this for a while hoping it would improve. The last 3 times (and more but especially the last 3 times this month) I have been there, I have encountered the rudest garden section staff (sadly all women) who were nasty unhelpful and condescending even when I had 2 small toddlers in tow.
